1.      FOOD & BEVERAGE BENEFITS.      

 

a)      The following discounts exclude tax, gratuity, and beverages/alcoholic beverages and are valid at participating restaurants; Café Swiss, Japanese Restaurant Hana-Goyomi, Minami, Empress Room, La Tour and Tavola 36, The Lounge and Sh’un Kushiage & Wine. Non-Transferable.

 

Food Only Discounts

•           35% for cardholder and one (1) guest

            •           30% for cardholder and two (2) guests

            •           25% for cardholder and three (3) guests

            •           20% for cardholder and four (4) guests

•           15% for cardholder and between five (5) and nine (9) guests

            •           10% for cardholder and ten or more guests

            •           20% for cardholder alone

 

b)      Beverage Only Discount

Member will receive fifteen (15%) discount off beverages when dining at any of the participating restaurants, lounge and bars.

 

c)      Cash Coupons

Member will receive fifteen (15) cash vouchers, each of Yen 3,000 value.

·        Valid for redemption at any participating restaurant for dinner only at the Japanese Restaurant Hana-Goyomi, Minami, Empress Room, La Tour, Tavola 36 and Sh’un Kushiage & Wine. Dining discounts do not apply. Only one (1) certificate to be redeemed per occasion with a minimum of two (2) persons dining. Member discount applies after redemption portion is deducted from food bill. With a minimum spend of Yen12,000. Not valid on Saturday nights, eves of public holidays and black out dates. The certificates are non-cashable and non- refundable. Non-Transferable.

·        OR Alternatively these certificates are valid for redemption when staying at Swissotel Nankai Osaka on paid room night on member’s rate. Only one (1) certificate to be redeemed per paid room stay (not per night).

 

d)      Wine Benefit

Member will receive three (3) certificates valid for a complimentary bottle of house wine when dining with at least two guests in the six (6) participating restaurants Café Swiss, Japanese Restaurant Hana-Goyomi, Minami, Empress Room, La Tour and Sh’un Kushiage & Wine. Not valid Saturday nights, eves of public holidays, black out dates.  Valid for dinner only and Transferable.

 

e)      Special Occasion Certificate

Member will receive two (2) certificates entitling them to 35% discount when a party of 6-12 people dine at Japanese Restaurant Hana-Goyomi, Empress Room, La Tour and Tavola 36. Applicable for food only for dinner or lunch and Transferable.

 

f)       Lunch or Dinner at Hana-Goyomi

Member will receive one (1) cash voucher with the value of Yen 5000 for dinner at Hana-Goyomi which can be used with a minimum spend of Yen 20,000. Member discount applies after redemption portion is deducted from food bill.  Transferable.

 

g)      High Tea for Two Certificate

Member will receive one (1) certificate for complimentary high tea for two in The Lounge. Non-transferable.

 

2.      ACCOMMODATION BENEFITS.

 

a)      Complimentary One Night Stay

Member will receive one (1) certificate valid for a Complimentary one night stay only in a Classic room Twin Bed/King Size except Saturdays, eves of public holidays and black out dates. With prior reservation, and subject to availability. Non-Transferable.

 

 

b)      Best Available Room Rate

·        Member will receive fifteen percent (15%) off best available room rate when booked directly through the hotel. Member will receive breakfast with this room rate. (1 breakfast for single occupancy rate paid, 2 breakfasts for double occupancy rate paid).

 

·        Member may book on behalf of third parties on the same rate without breakfast. Member may book up to a maximum of 10 rooms. Transferable.

 

·        Member may book on behalf of third parties on the same rate with breakfast if member’s guest arrives and departs on same days (guest early departure is acceptable). Member may book up to 3 additional guest rooms besides member’s room. Transferable.

 

c)      Special In House Certificates

Member will receive three (3) certificates each entitling them to a choice of either a Complimentary full breakfast for 2 in Café Swiss or One time use of Amrita fitness for 2. Must be staying in house to use, can use more than one during each stay and Non-Transferable.

 

d)      Upgrade Certificate

Member will receive one (1) certificate for an upgrade to the Club Floor when paying 9,000 Yen to be used in conjunction with the complimentary room night or if booked a Swiss Advantage room with 15% Discount off best available rate. Non-transferable.

 

3. BANQUETING BENEFIT:

Member will receive ten percent (10%) off food and beverage only on banquet and wedding events. Non-Transferable. Applicable to direct bookings only with Hotel post-purchase of membership.

 

4. MELA CAFE

Member will receive fifteen percent (15%) only off all home-made bakery and pastry items and on all other items at Mela Café on ground floor and Café Swiss for take away only upon presentation of their card.  Not applicable to be used in conjunction with any other discount.

 

5. AMRITA FITNESS & SPA BENEFITS:

·        Member will receive three (3) certificates each valid for one (1) complimentary use of Amrita Fitness & Spa (excluding treatments). One certificate to be used per visit, per day, per entry. Non-Transferable.

·        Member will receive 10% discount off joining fee. Non-Transferable.

 

6. REFERRAL BENEFIT:

Member will receive one (1) cash voucher of Yen 5,000 value valid for dining with a minimum of one guest, upon confirmation of every successful referral membership. Not valid for Saturday nights, eves of public holidays and black out dates.  Certificate may be used in conjunction with card discount benefit. Non-Transferable.

 

7. RENEWAL BENEFIT

·        Members renewing for the second year will be entitled to one (1) complimentary Supplementary card for a nominated person of choice. Non-Transferable

 

·        Member will receive one (1) cash voucher for Yen 5,000 value valid for dining with a minimum of one guest. Not valid for Saturday nights, eves of public holidays and black out dates. Certificate may be used in conjunction with card discount benefit. Non-transferable.

 

8. BLACK OUT DATES

The Food & Beverage and Accommodation discount benefits are not applicable on the black out days as listed below:

2010: 1/ 1-3; 5/ 1-5; 12/ 22-26; 12/ 31

2011: 1/ 1-2; 4/ 29-30; 5/ 3-4; 12/ 22-25; 12/ 31

 

A general F&B discount of 15% will be given to members during the black out days

9.         CLUBHOTEL Benefit:

A.     Complimentary CLUBHOTEL membership card.  Non-Transferable.  CLUBHOTEL benefits are benefits offered to CLUBHOTEL members from other markets.  Benefits include the Dining Benefit 1: a herein above and Guest Room Benefit 2: b herein below.  All CLUBHOTEL cards distributed in OSAKA must state in terms and conditions and the back of CLUBHOTEL card “NOT VALID IN OSAKA”.

 

B.     CLUBHOTEL members are entitled to room upgrade to the next category subject to availability.

 

C.     CLUBHOTEL members are entitled to early check-in and late check-out subject to availability

 

D.     CLUBHOTEL members will receive ten percent (10%) discount on all laundry and dry-cleaning when resident at any participating Swissotel property.

 

All benefits above are Not Valid for bookings through travel agents or for group or block bookings.  Members need not be present at the time of their guests' check-in.  Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions.  Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest.
